Kika Montinaro

In 2016, she started with Elena Cibin a duo project, Amnésia circus, which led to the circus-theatre show UN TÉ IO TE, freely inspired by the character of the Mad Hatter. They both directed and performed the show.

In 2018 she created MAREMOTUM, a trapeze-double bass performance, metaphor of the travel by the sea that refugees have to face, with the original music of Igor Legari.
This performance became the previous study for the dance-theatre show IN LIMBO, put on stage in 2019, which saw her as director and performer, with the involvement of choreographer and contemporary dancer Sara Sicuro.

IN LIMBO won the Italian call promoted by ACCI (Italian Contemporary circus association), and it was included in the program of Tutti matti per Colorno festival in September 2019.

In 2019 she also worked as director and performer to CALIFORNIA DREAMING (clownery, street theatre, static trapeze).
In 2020 she had to stop for an injury to her shoulder.
In 2023 she started again with a new version of CALIFORNIA DREAMING, which was selected for the Clown factor contest during Clown and clown festival.
